Mark Feulner, an Underwater Crime Scene Investigation Ph.D. Instructor at Florida State University Panama City in the College of Criminology and Criminal Justice has been using a VideoRay ROV for the past six years. He has created numerous attachments for the ROV to assist in the sometimes delicate matter of collecting criminal evidence from below the surface. The small and maneuverable VideoRay ROV has served as a reliable and capable platform for this type of work.
