ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

No one around knows the VideoRay inside and out better than VideoRay Technical Service Manager Brett Kolb (except maybe R&D Director Marcus Kolb). He is responsible for the day to day maintenance, repair, and extremely quick turnaround of VideoRays that find their way back to the factory for whatever reason. Brett has been with VideoRay for 7 years - there hasn't been VideoRay issue he couldn't diagnose or repair that couldn't be handled quickly.
